PhD Day

Description

Our PhD Day is a yearly event in the spring where you can meet your PhD colleagues from Medical and Health Sciences. We offer a program with invited speakers, PhD student presentations, and networking activities.

Target Group

PhD students registered to GSMHS, and former PhD programs in Biomedical Engineering and PPHS.

All members of the GSMHS PhD program committees are invited to join.

Conversation Circles — rotate through three out of five stations and share your PhD experience:

  1. Communication channels for PhD relevant topics & activities - feeling well informed?
  2. Courses and events - your benefits, wishes, and needs 
  3. Social activities - your needs and wishes
  4. Career development during and after the PhD
  5. Supervisor responsibilities and expectations

Your feedback will inform our plans at GSMHS for the next 3-4 years.
