Building on our Supervisor Workshop with Beate Scholz, this 2-hour forum offers a space for supervisors to reconnect, exchange experiences, and discuss current topics and challenges in supervising PhD students.
Based on participant feedback, ongoing peer-to-peer exchange was seen as the most important follow-up activities of the original workshop. This session focuses on open discussion, moderated reflection, and sharing practical approaches to supervision.
The workshop will be tailored to the needs of the participants. Therefore, you are invited to submit cases (anonymized), topical wishes, or needs with your registration.
Open for all potential or experienced supervisors – post-docs up to professor level – of Swiss TPH and/or the Medical Faculty of the University of Basel. We prioritize people who have attended the supervisor workshop before.
Max. 10 participants.
